Initiating a Return

Understanding Popped Cubes
A 'pop' refers to the disassembly of a cube without any breakage. Although modern speedcubes seldom experience pops, they can occasionally happen due to the intrinsic design of speedcubes. The good news? Popped cubes can be easily reassembled. Should you require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Defective or Damaged Deliveries
Should your item arrive defective or get damaged during transit, we'll liaise with the manufacturer for a warranty claim on your behalf. Most often, manufacturers supply free replacement parts. However, in cases of severe damage, they might opt to send you a brand-new item.
Return Shipping
For returns based on reasons other than a change of mind, Crafty Cube has got you covered. We'll either shoulder the return shipping costs or provide a complimentary return label for our warehouse.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
